The Keratin Clinic – Booking & Cancellation Policy

At The Keratin Clinic, we kindly ask all clients to respect our booking and cancellation policy. Late cancellations or missed appointments cost valuable time and make it impossible for us to offer your slot to someone else at short notice.

Booking Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment. Deposits may be transferred to an alternative date if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

Deposit rates:

• Keratin / Botox treatments – £30

• Colour services – £20

• Cutting services – £10

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. In these cases, your deposit will be credited towards a future booking (please note deposits are not refundable, even if you decide not to rebook).

Cancellation fees:

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of your total bill

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of your total bill

• No-shows: 100% of the service fee (no further appointments can be booked until payment is received)
