Welcome to The Keratin Clinic. By booking an appointment with us or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to protect both our clients and our team, and to ensure we can continue to provide the best possible service.
Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system or directly with the clinic.
-A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
-Deposit amounts vary by service and will be deducted from your final bill.
-Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit will be lost.
Cancellations
& No-ShowsCancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend (no-shows) will incur a fee of 100% of the total service cost.No further appointments can be booked until outstanding fees are paid in full.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we may not be able to complete the full service, and the full price may still be charged.
Patch Tests & Medical Conditions
Certain treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. If this is not completed, we reserve the right to refuse treatment and deposits will be lost.Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment.
Refunds & Complaints
We do not offer refunds on services.If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue.
